What information we collect

We keep the information we collect to a minimum:

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, your message, and — if you choose to provide it — your phone number. We do not operate user accounts and we do not take payments on this site.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and (where enabled) analytics providers automatically process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry. We use the details you submit through the contact form to reply to you and deal with your request. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.
  • Analytics. Where you consent via our cookie banner, we use analytics to understand and improve how the site is used. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Security and anti-spam. We use Cloudflare, including its Turnstile check on the contact form, to protect the site from abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site and our systems secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only set with your consent. Please see our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your choices.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:

  • Postmark (Wildbit, LLC) — delivers contact-form enquiries to us by email.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the website and provides security, including the Turnstile anti-spam check.
  • Google — provides analytics (only if you consent) and the embedded venue location maps.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Booking tickets on other websites

When you choose a performance and select “Book your tickets”, you are taken to the relevant venue’s own ticketing website to complete your booking. Those websites are operated by third parties and are governed by their own privacy policies — this policy does not cover them.

International transfers

Some of our providers (including Postmark, Cloudflare and Google) may process information outside the UK. Where they do, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact-form enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Technical and analytics data is retained in line with our providers’ standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at tickets@tix-it.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

Children

This website is intended to be used by adults booking tickets. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
